Our check in time is 14:00hrs and check out time is 12:00hrs.
All lodging and visiting guests are required to register by presenting a valid ID upon registration. The resort will only accommodate registered guests.
The Resort honours the following IDs: Any government issued ID (Passport, National ID, Voters ID and Drivers License.)
Note that you may also send a copy of your IDs to this mail for faster registration.
• No mask, no entry. All guests are obliged to wear face masks before entering the resort. Guests are further advised to keep their masks on at all times except when in their various rooms.
• The resort will only allow entry to guests with bookings. This allows the resort to effectively observe social distancing practices.
• All guests will have to undergo a mandatory temperature screening before admission into the Resort.
Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed before arrival with a FULL deposit.
Deposit is expected within 72 hours after reservation to secure booking.
Deposit can be made via direct payment into our account or mobile money transfer (Please see details below).
All payments ONLY in local currency equivalent (Ghana Cedis)
The hotel will not hold any reservation unless secured by the above methods.
Kindly forward a copy of the deposit/payment slip or mobile money transfer advises to us once transaction is made.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation for a confirmed booking made 10 working days or more before the day of the function will attract no charge.
2. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before 15:00 prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night stay.
3. Cancellation of an ongoing conference session shall attract 100% charge of the accommodation, conference and meals.
POSTPONEMENT: – 1-3 days prior to the event will attract a 50% of the value of the contract will be charged and no refund will be made.
NO – SHOW: This will attract a 100% charge of the value of the contract and no refund will be made
PET POLICY: We regret to inform you that the resort does not allow or accommodate pets. Third and
Extra Person Fee : Room rates listed are for single and double occupancy. Additional child (0 to 6yrs) in room is complimentary when using existing bedding. A child (7 to 12yrs) incurs a charge of 150usd per night. Crib is provided complimentary in room for child up to 3yrs.
